AI technology for intelligent vehicles

Cygnify builds artificial intelligence (AI) technology to power the next generation of advanced driver assistance and automated driving systems. We believe in a future where AI is helping and complementing human drivers, rather than completely replacing them. Both artificial intelligence and human intelligence have strengths and weaknesses, and our aim is to use the best of both worlds. 

 

Our technology monitors and predicts the situation both outside and inside the vehicle, using cameras as the main sensors. Outside the vehicle the current and upcoming driving context and possible hazards are monitored. Inside the vehicle the driver is monitored, in terms of attention to those outside hazards, driver fatigue, and other driver states and behavior. In this way, a more complete situation assessment can be produced than with other systems, allowing better driver support—and ultimately, safer and more comfortable driving.
